SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our strict Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy below. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION & PAYMENT POLICY
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Payment Policy (Online Only)
We accept payments exclusively through approved online payment methods (credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.) as made available through our payment processor (Shopify Payments). Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly not available for any orders placed through this website.
GST Billing Requests
If you require GST billing for your purchase, you must initiate the request via WhatsApp immediately after placing your order. To request GST billing, please send a WhatsApp message to: +91 9725273987. Requests sent through any other channel or after the order has been processed for dispatch may not be accommodated.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING, DISPATCH, AND DELIVERY
All dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we aim to dispatch orders within the stated 2–5 business days, dispatch times may be delayed in certain cases due to high volume, inventory issues, or operational constraints. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that occasional delays may occur, and the estimated delivery time of 7–10 days is not guaranteed.
The risk of loss for all purchased items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
SECTION 7 - REFUND, RETURN, AND EXCHANGES POLICY (STRICT ENFORCEMENT)
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items received, except in the specific case of a missing item as outlined below:

Missing Item Claim: A refund for a missing item is only considered if the customer reports the discrepancy via phone at +91 9725273987 within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Verification Requirement: The claim must be supported by a mandatory, unedited, and uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed package being opened, clearly showing all contents and the missing item.

No Exceptions: Claims that do not meet the 24-hour reporting deadline or fail to provide a verifiable unedited unboxing video will be immediately rejected.
SECTION 8 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
SECTION 12 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
