Dispatch Time
We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Our standard dispatch time is Minimum 2–5 business days from the time the order is placed.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, the delivery time is dependent on the shipping method chosen:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons.
In some cases, dispatch can also be delayed due to stock issues or other operational reasons, which may sometimes lead to longer delays. So we request you to kindly cooperate and not ask for compensation in such situations, as these delays are sometimes unavoidable and part of wholesale operations.
Also, in some cases, even after placing the order, at the time of dispatch certain items or designs may go out of stock. This is a real and common issue in the wholesale business due to fast-moving stock and multiple buyers.
In such situations, we will process a refund for those specific items. We request you not to raise issues regarding this, as it is a normal part of wholesale operations and sometimes unavoidable due to stock availability.
If your order delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please do not panic — it is still on the way. We will make sure it reaches you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the chosen shipping method.
