Refund and Missing Item Policy
📜 Policy Overview
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items received. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
📦 Out of Stock Items
If an item you ordered is out of stock:
💬 Notification: We will send you information regarding the unavailable item via WhatsApp.
⏰ Refund Timing: Out-of-stock refunds will be processed within 2–7 days, specifically between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
🔍 Refunds for Missing Items Only
We only offer refunds in the event of missing items from your order. To be eligible:
📍 Time Limit: You must contact us regarding the missing item within 24 hours of receiving your order.
📱 Contact: You must contact us immediately via Call or WhatsApp at +91 9725273987.
🎥 Unboxing Video Required: A refund will only be processed after verification of a complete, original unboxing video showing the package contents. This video must be without any cuts or edits.
✅ Verification: We will notify you once we have reviewed the video to confirm the missing item.
⚠️ Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🎥 Required: To resolve these issues, you must provide a complete, original unboxing video (without cuts or edits) within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Note: This does not qualify for a full return or refund, only a resolution for the specific defective or damaged item.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
💳 Refund Processing
If a refund is approved for a missing or out-of-stock item:
💰 Your refund will be sent to your original payment method or via UPI within 2-7 business days.
🏦 Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
